Once all documentation is received and approved by a loan officer at PSG Capital Group, funds will be released immediately. This process can turnaround in as quick as 7 days or less.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE AMOUNT TO LEND?
The loan amount is primarily based on the value of the property and the after-repair value (ARV). We consider various factors like location, condition of the property, and market trends.
